Hello everyone i found this on the site of my teacher. I already send this to sir Lal few months ago by email. I was not in the forum yet.

This is the past lifes of a forest bhikkhu name Isidore. Isidore is not his real name is a nickname to keeps his identity confidential. My teacher was friend with him many years ago in Burma. Bhikkhus Isidore developps the Jhanas and the capacity to see his past lifes and even his futures lifes. For the futures he said this lifes is not 100% sure. Many causes can changes them BUT they not the fruit of chance. It can be hard to changes his gati so somes lifes can’t be avoidable. For example when he do many akusala the rebirth in the apayas  niraya, peta loka and animals become more evident. We can see he have the gati of a renouncer. He also made the wish to become a Lord Buddha.

      The painting of Isidore’s lives

      Attention :

Without the commentaries on Isidore’s lives which follow it, the picture of his lives offers only limited interest and its data can easily be misinterpreted.

Example: “Such an animal wants to be human” does not mean that it thinks that it will be reborn after its death, nor that it is aware of what a human really is, but simply that it feels that Man has a condition superior to his own, that he is generally safer than him and therefore less tormented.

The “link of rebirth” is the moment of consciousness, accompanying or not an act and sometimes dating from a distant life, which causes the conditions for the following rebirth. Not to be confused with awareness of the moment of death, which instantly directs the mind towards the next life.

      Conclusion.

      1. A Bodhisattas is still a puthujunas even if his goal is pure. He can developp wrongs views fall in the apayas. A sotāpanna can’t fall in the apayas and he have a permanent security.

      2. The gati of someone is hard to changes but not impossible. For example Bhikkhus Isidore fall in Niraya but after he try to Develops good habits.

      3. That shows how the Samsara is horrific. Even if we obtain the best rebirth like a brahma 2 lifes after it is possible to be in the niraya. The cycle of birth and rebirth is a terrific places we are not safes nowhere. Is a eternal up and down. If we attain the sotāpanna stage we can only go up and eventually after 7 bhava be free forever from this sinister place call Samsarā. There is good fears and bad fears. Bad fears is when we are afraid to lose our wealth and loved  ones. This fear are based in the ignorance of the nature annica, dukkha and anatta. It is impossible to conserves our wealth and loved ones forever is incontrolable. For example in the lifes of Bhikkhus Isidore he was a rich man or woman many times. During this lifes he had loved ones and wealth. He probably feel dukkha when he knew he will die and let them. He exeperienced the fear of lost. The good fear is when we don’t want to stay anymore in this cycle. When we see the nature annica dukkha and anatta this fear naturally comes. We do our best to be free forever.
