      I might be wrong.

      A. Sotapanna is sanditthika. This means that he/she has realized that “san” is problematic and has become someone who can discern and eliminate it.

      B. sotapanna eliminates three samyojanas: sakkaya ditthi, silabbata paramasa, and vicikicca.

I thought that perhaps these two things could be connected.

According to my understanding, sakkaya ditthi is not knowing the dangers of raga.

Also, silabbata paramasa is not knowing how to completely resolve dosa.

Similarly, vicikicca is not knowing how to deal with moha.

In this way, I thought that the three samyojanas are connected to the three “san.”

Because a sotapanna has seen that “san” is the problem, they have completely removed the three samyojanas.

Is it okay to understand it like this?

      1. A is correct. A Sotapanna has seen how suffering arises due to “san, ” i.e., they are “sanditthika.”

      2. All ten “samyojana” (“san” + “yoga” or “bonds for the rebirth process”) arise due to “san” (raga, dosa, moha.)

      • Raga and dosa do not arise together, but each arises with moha.
      • Thus, all ten samyojana have moha.

      3. A Sotapanna has removed three ditthi samyojana. Those are primarily rooted in moha.

      • Kama raga samyojana has raga and moha primarily. Patigha samyojana has dosa and moha primarily. These two are removed at the Anagami stage.
      • Rupa raga and arupa raga samyojanas have raga and moha primarily. Mana, uddhacca, and avijja samyojanas have moha primarily. These five are removed at the Arahant stage.
