Hi,
There are sutta’s in which someone asks for a Dhamma instruction in Brief.
The Buddha gives such a short instruction. The practioner works with it and realises arahanthood. Maybe you find it interesting. I have made a short summery:
– Do not have an underlying tendency towards rupa, vedana, sanna, sankhara and vinnana
(SN22.35)
– Do not cling to rupa, vedana, sanna, sankhara and vinnana (SN22.63)
– Do not conceive rupa, vedana, sanna, sankhara and vinnana (SN22.64)
– Do not seek delight in rupa, vedana, sanna, sankhara and vinnana (SN22.65)
– Abandon any desire for everything that is anicca (SN22.66)
– Abandon any desire for what is dukkha (SN22.67)
– Abandon any desire for what is anatta (SN22.68)
– Abandon any desire for what does not belong to a self, the khandha’s (SN22.69)
– Abandon any desire for whatever appears tantalizing, i.e. the khandha’s (SN22.70)
– Do not seek delight in what is known by the eye, ear, nose, tongue, body and mind
– Perfect virtuous behaviour and develop mindfulness (SN47.46)
– Abandon any bad behaviour, develop good conduct and mindfulness (SN47.47)
– Nothing is worth attachting to (MN37)
