      Hi all,

Today while taking the shower this verses came to my mind unexpectedly, I don’t know if I had read this in any sutta or that I made up myself but I think it will be beneficial. So I would like to share these 4 verses:

      One who guards the senses
      From pleasures he abstains
      In peace he remains
      Never stressed again

May all of you soon attain Nibbana in this very life.

On the way to Stream Entry.

That seems to have come from your heart, Tien.

The Buddha said that one should see dukha as acute suffering like being pierced by a spear, mundane sukha as suffering, and neutral feeling as anicca. (for one pursuing the Anagami stage).
