Some time back, @Christian recommended this particular audio file to get into jhanas or at least calm the mind. Being a native English speaker and having no particular impressive understanding of Pali, however, a couple of sections are gibberish to me, and I would appreciate if a more knowledgeable meditator could give me an explanation of what is actually being said at two particular timestamps.

15:40 – 16:30: I think it is being chanted that the kama loka, the rupa loka, the arupa loka, and …? is of anatta nature, and thus realizing this anatta nature is what leads to niveema. Again, not a hundred percent sure on the specifics.

19:45 – 21:03: I believe it says that the reduction of assada with the five senses, the mind, and in the lokas is a reduction of raga, dvesha, moha, and thus nirodha and niveema. But there are quite a few phrases in here that I have no clue what is being said.

      Many merits in advance.

You do not really need to understand the exact meaning; all you need to do is reflect on Dhamma to the extent of your own understanding because it’s all interconnected. It is more important to feel energy and bring up things in Dhamma you can understand, and you want to develop. Truths you can perceive and see in the meditation, which leads to more insight.

      Roger that.

Also looking forward to whenever you put out your website. :)
