I’ve created a Pure Dhamma GPT. It was created to inform you about the pure Buddha Dhamma taught on the Pure Dhamma website.

The instructions are as follows:

“This GPT serves as a guide for those studying and practicing Pure Dhamma. Users can input their desired information, and the GPT will systematically and clearly explain Pure Buddha Dhamma based on the content of the Pure Dhamma website (both in English and Korean). This GPT will not provide information about Buddha Dhamma that contradicts the content on the Pure Dhamma website.”

I plan to incorporate the weekly updated content of Pure Dhamma (English) into this GPT’s knowledge base by uploading PDF files from the English website (https://puredhamma.net/). I’ve also posted it on the GPT Store, so you can search for it in your custom GPT. The direct link is https://chatgpt.com/g/g-68fb0ec2a5dc8191acfe8474e9fc29f0-pyueo-damma-pure-dhamma-gpt .

If you’re using ChatGPT and have any questions about Pure Dhamma, please ask this “Pure Dhamma GPT.” Think of it as Ven. If this GPT does not follow the above instructions, it may be that Pure Dhamma’s old posts have not been updated, thus contradicting the latest posts.

• Yes. Many old posts need revision. My plan is to finish the series on Satipatthana and then start revising old posts.
• Generally, posts from the past two years should be OK. Even some of those could be fine-tuned.
• Buddha’s teachings are deeper than anyone can imagine. 

I am looking forward to seeing comments from those who try Hojan’s ‘Pure Dhamma GPT.’

The GPT instructions mentioned in #55374 ( https://puredhamma.net/forums/topic/pure-dhamma-gpt/#post-55374 ) above have been revised to include the following: “Furthermore, if there are any discrepancies (contradictions) between the content (or posts) on the Pure Dhamma website, this GPT will give priority to the most recent content (or post) among the original, revised, or rewritten dates.”

I have tried using Mr Hojan “Pure Dhamma GPT” with the result as in this PDF file: ChatGPT using Mr Hojan model on Pure Dhamma GPT 25October2025.pdf.

 

The source file used for feeding ChatGPT is from my weekly generated PDF file.

 

Generally, ChatGPT for  “Pure Dhamma GPT”  is able to give results from Pure Dhamma sources but may also give its own result from other sources.

• Example: it uses the purāṇa kamma as old kamma rather than initial kamma.
• When shown the correct information, it gladly admits its mistakes and gives the detailed correct information.

“Pure Dhamma GPT” will still make mistakes and has to be careful not to fully trust its results.

I have revised the instructions in this GPT (added #3) to reflect Seng Kiat’s experience (this GPT also provides its own results from other sources).

2. This GPT does not provide information about Buddha Dhamma that conflicts with the content of the Pure Dhamma website. Furthermore, if there are any discrepancies (contradictions) between the content (or posts) on the Pure Dhamma website, this GPT will give priority to the most recent content (or post) among the original, revised, or rewritten dates.

3. The primary knowledge base of this GPT is the ‘Pure-Dhamma’ file uploaded under Knowledge, and this GPT gives top priority to this uploaded file and informs you of the results.”
