      Hello Lal.
In the following post: Ariya Metta Bhāvana, you have shown the following method of reflection:

      • “May myself and all living beings attain the Sōtapanna stage and be free from suffering in the apāyā forever”
“May myself and all living beings attain the Sakadāgāmi stage and be healthy forever”
“May myself and all living beings attain the Anāgāmi stage and be content (attain peaceful happiness)  forever”
“May myself and all living beings attain the Arahant stage and be free from all suffering and attain the full Nibbānic bliss”.

Do you still remember from what sutta you got this bhāvana from? I want to ask you if you can show me the sutta.

No. It is not from a sutta, but rather one way to cultivate mettā for all beings trapped in the rebirth process and not released from the apāyās.

      • There can be many ways to cultivate mettā, once you understand what it is about.
