Hello, this is the first time I am writing in this forum.  I first and foremost should thank you for that.  Therefore, thank you, Lal.  

My question: 

When the quote  mentions : “For we white-clothed laypeople also from time to time meditate with our minds well established in the four kinds of mindfulness meditation.”

What does it mean/refer to by “four kinds of mindfulness meditation”?
