What’s unique in buddha dhamma?
In #3 you write,
a future rebirth in the four lowest realms (apāyā) cannot be avoided without attaining the Sōtapanna stage of Nibbāna.
It should be Sottapana anugami, isn’t it?

Yes. There are eight Noble Persons (aṭṭha purisa puggalā), two at each stage of Nibbana.
– Thus, both Sotapanna and Sotapanna Anugami are Noble Persons at the Sotapanna stage.Sometimes I specifically write Sotapanna Anugami to emphasize that it is the first Noble Person. But both uses should be OK.
