Lal, I am quoting this from MN152: Indriya Bhāvanā sutta,

In that buddha says,

“uppannaṁ kho me idaṁ manāpaṁ, uppannaṁ amanāpaṁ, uppannaṁ manāpāmanāpaṁ.”

Can you explain the meaning of this verse?
