      What is the meaning of the lines below?

      “Dīghaṁ assasanto ‘dīghaṁ assasāmī’ti pajānāmi, dīghaṁ passasanto ‘dīghaṁ passasāmī’ti pajānāmi;”
      rassaṁ assasanto ‘rassaṁ assasāmī’ti pajānāmi, rassaṁ passasanto ‘rassaṁ passasāmī’ti pajānāmi;
      ‘sabbakāyappaṭisaṁvedī assasissāmī’ti pajānāmi …pe…”

      Yes. This is a good point. Those verses are about how to practice Ānāpānasati/Satipaṭṭhāna Bhāvanā to get rid of bad habits that lead to perpetuating the rebirth process.
