One can get rid of lust to some extent by persuasion because of the learning of dharma. On special occasions, he may not be able to get out of it. If it is neutral, I think you are at the stage of noting only. It is rather difficult to just remain neutral. You will go further down the road: wood, you begin to analyze and differentiate; better wood or nice breast, some sort of emotion is triggered. Staying in the noting stage is only possible by meditation and reaching some degree of insight.
